How To Make Mango Ice Candy?
Here’s my simple recipe to make mango ice candy.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (300ml) condensed milk
- 1 can (370ml) evaporated milk
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- ice candy plastic bag
- 2 pcs mango
- 6 cups water
- 1 tsp yellow food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare 6 cups drinking water and turn on your stove to low-medium heat.
- Add 1/2 cup white sugar and stir until dissolve.
- Add 1 cup cornstarch and stir until dissolve.
- When it’s a bit thicker you can turn off the heat.
- Add 1 can evaporated milk.
- Then add 1 can condensed milk
- Add 1 tsp yellow food coloring and stir well.
- Add the mango tidbits and stir.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down.
- Pack the ice candy mixture using 1.75×10 plastic bag. Add 1/3 cup on each plastic bag.
- Put them in freezer for atleast 4 hours or overnight.
