- 1 box 250ml all purpose cream
- 1 can 370ml evaporated milk
- 1 can 266g drained fruit cocktail (sliced into small pieces)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine 1 can (390g) condensed milk, 1 box (250ml) all purpose cream and 1 can (370ml) evaporated milk. Mix well.
- Then, add sliced 1 can (266g drained) fruit cocktail and mix.
- Pack the ice candy mixture using 1 3/4 x 10 inches plastic.
- Each pack should contain 1/3 cup ice candy mixture. For this recipe I made 16pcs fruit salad ice candy.
- Then, freeze them overnight.
