Ingredients
- 300g baby potatoes (sliced)
- 50g unsalted butter
- 2tbsp chopped garlic
- ground black pepper
- ground basil leaves
- salt
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Boil and cook baby potatoes with salt for 5-10 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Preheat a pan and dissolve butter (you can decide the amount according to your preference).
- Then, sauté about 2tbsp chopped garlic until it becomes light brown in color.
- Add the cooked baby potatoes.
- Season it with ground black pepper, basil leaves and small amount of salt if needed.
- Garnish it with chopped parsley if available. (it’s optional)
- Then, it’s ready to be served and perfect to be paired with your favorite roasted dish.
